When we go to purchase food at the grocery store we are participating in commerce. For the most part the the process is the same we have.
  • Buyers - these are people with money who want to purchase a good or service.
  • Sellers - these are the people who offer goods and services to buyers. Sellers are generally recognized in two different forms: retailers who sell directly to consumers and wholesalers or distributors who sell to retailers and other businesses.
The difference the transaction is online and because of that we have to make the buyer feel secure make sure he has all the information he needs and can get through the process easily. Don't send your customers away we can set up and design an ecommerce site that will not confuse but make the buying process clear and easy. Many sales are lost at check - out the process can be confusing and and clients can get lost we will insure that the process is fast and freindly.
